Information & working method:
Orders you make through our website are prepared by us from our central stock warehouse.
Every day the internet orders that were placed are packed for collection or shipping.
If you place an order via the webshop you can only place products that are in stock in your shopping cart.
That's why we can guarantee a fast delivery, the exact time depends on your chosen option can be found indicatively in the overview below.
Orders can be picked up in the store or delivered to your home.
The availability of each product per color, print and size can be found on the website. The product variations that are not in stock are marked with a cross. Products that are no longer available in any variation are represented by the words "sold out". An error can occur here in exceptional cases. If this happens, we will do everything we can to find a solution as quickly as possible. If we are unable to supply you with the same product in the same color, print or size, or if the delivery time will differ greatly from what you expect, we will contact you to find a solution together. (eg alternative product, cancellation order, ...).
Product variations that we no longer have in stock can usually be ordered from our supplier. If you would like a product variation that is no longer in stock, you can enter your email address with this product and you will be notified as soon as it is available again. Delivery terms for products that are no longer in stock at Freddy Pant Room can vary greatly, for more information you can mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes that you want to make to your internet order after you have received an order confirmation can only be done by mailing to email@example.com, Freddy team will help you further and implement the changes.
Transport costs are never refunded, as well as the costs of return are at the expense of the customer.
(If one has been able to enjoy free transport because of the minimum order amount that was determined commercially to enjoy free transport but by returning one or more products of this order, no longer to the minimum order
Return costs are always at the expense of the customer. The customer has the possibility to use our return solution but the costs of this return will be deducted from the total amount that will be refunded.
Only regularly priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sales of products to special conditions or discounts can not be refunded.
All products purchased with discount, in sales or with other promotions are sold with their fixed discount price. In the case of return or exchange, all discounts received upon purchase are invalid!
